• New Members Nick and James were formally introduced and welcomed to our Car Club
• Joe P. initiated discussion regarding new website, it was agreed that a sneak preview would be ready for our next meeting in 2 weeks
• Frank T. initiated discussion of beautiful jackets with our original logo and members names embroidered (sewn) directly on to the jacket (are now available)
• Wendy N. initiated a discussion proposing that we generate a tri-fold brochure on glossy stock for sponsors to get an idea of what this family friendly car club is all about.
• Jeff N. and Frank T. both initiated discussions of including a "mechanics corner" on the new web site dedicated to mechanics tips and tricks, as well as instructions on common classic car maintenance

Partial Meeting #1 Seville Diner 1/20/09

•  Joe P. met with new members Nick N. and James O. to give them picture disk containing the pictures from the Hollywood Night Cruisers Fall Classic car show
• Nick N. will obtain the DNS and Host computer site to park our new website
• Nick N. and James O. will generate HTML and Flash coding along with the pictures that we've received and put up a web site at www.hollywoodnightcruisers.com
• James O. will generate HTML to run a mail form on our contact page. Nick N. will assure that the host computer can accept the proper server extensions so that we may route the incoming mail
• James O. will act as webmaster for Hollywood Night Cruisers

Meeting #2 Seville Diner 2/1/09

• Joe P. turned over binder containing information intended for web site, James O. will start to add content as well as ensuring that the web gets listed properly in search engines

• Many web site related ideas were discussed, and we have a good frame-work to move forward

• We will be replacing the logo on the new website with our original logo for brand recognition purposes

Partial Meeting #2 Nick N. house 2/13/09

• Joe P. set forth a number of updates and changes to the new website that were well received by everyone. Updates to be made by next meeting by James O.

• Nick N. demonstrated some effects software showing us a clip of a talking antique car - pretty cool stuff. He also requested the Hollywood Night Cruisers logo for use on the videos that we will produce

• James O. added many new updates to the web site the most noteworthy is the Directions page featuring full Google map capabilities for great directions to all of our events

• Rob M. was able to recruit 1 new gold level sponsor - Great Job Rob!!

• Frank T. is in negotiations with a proposed sponsor

Partial Meeting #3 Nick N. house 2/20/09

• Joe P. set forth a few updates and changes to the new website that will be applied and up by the 2/26/09 meeting

• Discussion of the need for a pair of DJ speakers for back-up purposes

• James O. will obtain the speakers through his Home Theater business

• Nick N. will investigate into procuring a 22"-32" LCD with DVD for purposes of running a slide-show of pictures and sponsor logos

• Binder of materials was turned back over to club President

• Web site is well on it's way, and James is adding content daily. We are around 80% complete. Deadline of April 19th should be met easily

Partial Meeting #4 Seville Diner 2/26/09

• Meeting to discuss 1st car show at Abundant Life Christian Center on Saturday May 9th from 11:00AM - 3:00PM

• Discussion of classes and types of each particular trophy.

• Jeff N. and Joe P. had some great ideas regarding costs and wording of the flyer that we will be distributing.

• James O. will generate the flyers for distribution at our cruise nights

• Nick N. is working hard on preliminary video cuts for use on our web site and u-tube.

• James O. has the new web site 90% complete, and we will officially launch the site at our first cruise night

Partial Meeting #5 Famous Dave's 3/29/09

• This meeting was needed to finalize exact locations for our cars during the cruise nights

• Lance likes the new website and is excited about this years planned cruise nights.

• Nick N. has been hard at work developing our video introduction and jingle, we will give a sneak preview on the video gallery page soon!
