• Our Founder and President has expressed concerns regarding the Wednesday Cruise Night location size and ability to handle our ever increasing show size.
• HNC Officials have been hard at work over the past few months exploring new locations to provide us the space we need.
• Dave from the Seville Diner met with our HNC officials to discuss a possible Cruise Night at the Diner. Although route 18 is a very desirable location, the amount of parking spaces available will most likely be problematic.

• After much consideration, the Hollywood Night Cruisers have chosen to move our current Wednesday Cruise Night to Tuesday night at a new location.
• The new location is Confectionately Yours Restaurant in Franklin Park, New Jersey.
• This new location will provide us with a brand new shopping center that welcomes our presence. The food is amazing, the ice cream and chocolates are home-made, the parking lot is immaculate, and we believe that everyone will enjoy this new and fresh location.

• This meeting was held with Dan Grossman to discuss the logistics of car placement with Livingston Avenue blocked.
• Flyers will be generated by Dan after we have given him our logo and pertinent information regarding show times
• We will have discount tickets available for the show on May 1st at 8:00. Anyone may purchase one at our Cruise Nights.
• The Hollywood Night Cruisers will be holding a Monthly show in Milltown, more information soon.

• We have a new Host location - Brunswick Square Mall on Route 18 South in East Brunswick.
• This new Cruise Night Location will feature a small number of our members' cars inside the mall. For insurance purposes, only HNC member cars will be able to gain admittance inside the Mall area to show their cars.
• The new Cruise Night will be Thursday from 6:00PM to 9:00PM starting in April.
• The bulk of the car show will be located next to route 18 for maximum accessibility to the community.
• Jim and Tom have met with the New Brunswick Police Department regarding the actual parking arrangements for our May 1st State Theater NJ Car Show
• We will continue our Famous Dave's Cruise Nights the same as last year on Sunday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM

Meeting #5 Brunswick Square Mall   2/15/10

• A meeting with the Brunswick Square Management team was held to discuss the Thursday Cruise Nights this Spring.
• We are ironing out some technical difficulties, and hope to have everything in order by Cruise Show time in April.
• Our Show Cars will be permitted inside the Mall, but there are many restrictions that must be followed closely. These restrictions are made by the Fire Department, and the Hollywood Night Cruisers take this stuff VERY seriously.
• Remember, only HNC members will be permitted on a limited basis to have their car displayed inside the Mall itself.

Meeting #6 CitiBank   3/1/10

• A meeting was held with CitiBank Officials and our president to discuss an antique, classic, and custom car show that will be held on April 10th at their location, 269 Route 18 South in East Brunswick, NJ.
• CitiBank Officials will be making final decisions on a Food Vendor and activities within the next week, and we will post the information when it becomes available.
